In the summer of 2018, Union-Snyder CAA went through an intensive strategic planning process to identify priorities and key strategies for the next five years of operations using David La Piana's Nonprofit Strategy Revolution framework. We sought out edits and feedback from key stakeholders including staff, Joinder and Tripartite Advisory Board Members, customers, and community partners.
