Union-Snyder CAA's Service Navigation program offers effective mentorship and coaching for people who are overwhelmed with assistance options available to them. Service Navigators personalize their assistance to fit the immediate needs of the customer through goal setting and ongoing check ins. We're on your side.

CAA's Service Navigators can offer help in:

  • Information and referral

  • Financial literacy

Our Service Navigation team also partners with the Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way to provide financial assistance to ALICE (Asset-Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) customers in crisis circumstances.
