Executive Assistant

Join CAA's executive and leadership teams to advance the greater impact of CAA! CAA is seeking an Executive Administrator with experience in managing multiple priorities through keen attention to detail and a positive attitude. Required skills include, but are not limited to, excellent verbal and written communication and familiarity with a variety of technology. The Executive Administrator must be comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, while positively contributing to a cross functional team. This position will provide comprehensive, proactive administrative support to the executive team through both internal and external channels. The Administrator will also be responsible for delivering efficient and effective approaches to managing the Joinder and Advisory Boards’ business, communications, and convenings. All work must be handled with strict confidentiality, tact, and discretion.

Service Navigator

Build meaningful relationships with people dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty! The Service Navigator provides case management services while supporting families striving for self- sufficiency. Service Navigators provide direct and/or referral services and act as the advocate to support families to build a solid foundation of skills needed to achieve and maintain stability and self-sufficiency.

AmeriCorps Classroom Assistant - Summer Member

Build meaningful relationships with people dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty! The Classroom Assistant will provide support to Education & Employment staff to ensure successful delivery of self-sufficiency services for adults living with low income and/or re-entering society post-incarceration. Classroom priorities include but are not limited to computer assistance, job search, resume building, financial literacy, life skills, parenting, HiSET test preparation, and service navigation.

Summer Quarter Time Position - Must complete 450 hours within service term (May 18 - Aug 16)
