At CAA we address these barriers through strengths-based, holistic programs and services. Most common landlord concerns include: Accepting section 8 housing, damages, turnover, mental health issues, unpaid rent, meeting fair market rate, eviction costs, bad credit, criminal history, and safety risks. How CAA solves them: guaranteed monthly rent, 2x security deposit, reduced vacancies, limited turnover, monthly visits to units, tenant screening, mediation, and more. FACTS: 30# of tenants will experience mental health issues over their lifetime. But with CAA support, 372 maintained housing despite challenges in 2023.
