Snyder/Union Re-Entry Strategic Planning
With support provided by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), CAA is bringing together critical partners to develop a strategic plan for re-entry in Union and Snyder counties. From September 2019 - February 2020, partners will be working with consultant Melanie Snyder, OWDS, MHFA, Consultant & Trainer: Reentry, Trauma, Resilience & Trauma-Informed Care, to develop a strategic plan to guide the work of an ongoing Coalition. The purpose of this work is to ensure that residents exiting prison are supported with resources to achieve positive re-entry to society.
