CAA’s Emergency Basic Needs Delivery Program is intended to help Union and Snyder county residents living with low income in emergency situations in between scheduled food pantries or distributions. This includes people who are:

  • Vulnerable to COVID-19

  • Elderly

  • Without childcare

  • Without transportation

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. The cut-off for delivery is noon on the day prior to delivery (e.g. Monday or Wednesday) to allow 24 hours to pack and organize delivery. Deliveries will be made between 4-5 PM. The driver will call the customer when on their way to their location.

Urgent needs will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

We ask that only people who are unable to leave their homes due to any of the reasons listed below submit a request for delivery. If you are able to leave your home or have already received a delivery in the past month, but still need help, please call us at (570) 374-0181.

Due to demand, completing this form is not a guarantee of delivery and/or specifically requested item(s). We will be fulfilling orders as items are available.
